At InShot Pro, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, you may submit a notification in accordance with the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including its title, author, and any relevant registration information.
Identification of the infringing material: Specify the location of the infringing material on our platform, including the URL or other detailed information to help us locate it.
Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith: Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement of accuracy: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide the following information in writing:

Identification of the material: Specify the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith: Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or the judicial district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
Your signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, InShot Pro has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed repeat infringers.
